Diversity in Aquatics is about empowering and driving a community-first approach to aquatic growth and programming.
To that end, the organization drives boots-on-ground activities and events through councils made of individuals who have chosen to devote their time cultivating diversity and education in activities they participate in or under-served communities they belong to.
Each council is supported by the organization's ability to provide guidance and best practices, and has the power of the Diversity in Aquatics network behind it. Whether you are a past, present or future aquatic professional, these councils are created to share information and cultivate genuine opportunities to engage.
